In order to provide the exceptional service you expect during your appointment, please consider the following:

Be prepared for your appointment by securing pets, turning off the TV and cell phone to minimize distractions during your wellness session.
If unable to make a scheduled appointment, please contact us 24 hours prior to the appointment. For all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time, the full session fee will be charged. A phone call or email are the preferred methods of notification.
Acrovita programs are designed to help you reach your goals. All home exercise and nutrition recommendations are expected to be implemented and compliance is essential to help you achieve your fullest potential.
Have a prepared space for the service.
Please have water available to you during your session. We encourage hydrating before, during, and after your session.
Tipping is not expected for any Acrovita service.
